It all started twenty four years ago in the historic North End of Boston; At the youthful age of thirteen, I was introduced to the fascinating world of cooking by my Grandmother Antonia, I was taught that everything brought to the table should be made with love & nothing but freshest ingredients. It wasn’t easy, but she instilled in me that there are not shortcuts in family or fine dining. Influenced by my own childhood dinner table, full of homemade pastas and bold, red wines, I grew a penchant for fresh seafood, finely cut veal, and delicate, light sauces.
Wanting to share my passion for great food, I managed to open five of my own restaurants within seven years, helping people discover what Italian dining is truly about from Amesbury, Wakefield and Somerville, to my own hometown of Boston, Massachusetts, I left these restaurants in only the finest hands of my own highly trained chefs, with the knowledge that where I was going would be better for my family.
With a top-rated school system and dire need for great Italian cuisine, Katy, Texas was our destiny.
